The Exceptional Energy brand can be used by European LPG industry members.
 
Ownership

• The Exceptional Energy Brand and logo device including tagline (hereafter known as brand) is the property of the WLPGA (The Owner).

Use

• The Brand can be used by the AEGPL, National LPG Associations (members of the AEGPL only), and AEGPL member companies.
• Approval may be granted by the AEGPL on a request for use by others.
  

Use + style

• The approved style and method of use is detailed in the “Brand Use Guidelines” manual available on the website (www.exceptionalenergy.com).
• Any variation to use of the Brand must be approved by the Owner
• Any change in status (cessation of membership of AEGPL and/or national association) will entail the loss of the right to use the Brand, and existing material carrying the Brand must be altered or adjusted at the time of departure.
• The Owner reserves the right to take the appropriate action in the case of misuse of logo.
