They can be used on their own or with details of the company/association printed on the reverse. They are designed to be used as leaflets or as advertisements.  Please use them as much as you can to raise the awareness of just how exceptional LPG is.

You will be seeing a lot more of this logo in all sorts of places around Europe.  Whether it appears on an advertisement, brochure, website or even items of clothing, you will know that behind it is one of Europe’s most important energy sectors.

This website features many of the reasons why we can call LPG an exceptional energy but to enable consumers to enjoy these benefits we also need an exceptional industry to deliver that promise.  We believe the European LPG industry is just that.

The companies and associations who are authorized to use our logo have one thing in common.  They are all members of recognized industry bodies that, together, make up the voice of the LPG industry in Europe.

You will start to see this logo appearing alongside some of the world’s most famous energy brands.  You will also see it on small local companies premises and leaflets.

The European Autogas industry is looking to the future. Autogas, the commonly used term to describe Liquefied Petroleum Gas 1 (LPG) used as an automotive fuel, is poised to play a larger role in the European road transport fuel mix, particularly as regards use in passenger cars.

A Comprehensive Analysis Demonstrating the Greenhouse Gas Reduction Potential of LP Gas.

Energy is essential for economic and social development yet for all the invaluable benefits that energy access brings, its consumption can have a negative effect on the environment, particularly with regard to climate change. However not all kinds of energy have the same impact on our climate. It is therefore
important that consumers are informed and able to choose clean energy sources. This study, conducted in accordance with the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) methodologies, demonstrates that compared to many other energy sources, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LP Gas) can help minimize
greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions and therefore mitigate climate change in many applications and regions around the world today.

Energy is essential for our very existence, yet for all the invaluable benefits that energy brings, its consumption can generate harmful pollutants which affect the air we breathe, our waterways and the soil which provides our food. But not all energy sources have the same potential to affect ourhealth, so it is important that consumers are informed and able to choose cleaner fuels to meet their energy needs.

The availability of energy is one of the most crucial issues facing the world today. Concerns about rising energy costs, reliability of supplies and environmental impacts of energy use, including the potentially disastrous consequences of global climate change are forcing world attention to focus on intelligent, efficient use of energy sources. This study quantifies and compares the primary efficiency of LP Gas and other energy sources in six regions and in four different applications with the goal of informing policymakers, industry stakeholders and consumers about the relative efficiency of using LP Gas when compared with other fuels.

Atlantic Consulting releases two studies on LPG
These studies show the lower carbon and lower air-quality footprints of LPG in Europe.

Atlantic Consulting provides environmental, economic and cost analyses with a focus on the energy and chemical industries. In some 100 carbon footprints and life-cycle assessments, this consultancy has experience in all types of industries from automobiles to consumer goods to energies - fossil fuels, renewable energy in transport, heating and power generation.  They have worked for government, industry and organizations like the International Energy Agency.
